I know! Headphones! Wow! Thanks for telling me!
I don’t think that’s Windows, it’s the audio driver software. I may be wrong though.

Yay: Muxfind

Muxfind: Search Muxtapes and get suggestions for new music. It’s not only about finding songs on different tapes but also getting suggestions for new muxtapes.

Because there’s more to music than just the names of titles. I love discovering new music - so this should do something like LastFM just for Muxtape. The cool thing about Muxape is, that most tapes are very diverse: lots of tapes cover the the whole music taste of their creators. Starting at the Beatles and stopping with Electronic stuff: awesome! Suggesting Muxtape full of Beatles songs just because you listened to them once doesn’t make too much sense.

I’ve been working on this just for the past few days - and to be very clear: I’m in now way associated with the original Muxtape.com - I’m just experimenting with this kind of technology. So I would love to get your feedback on the suggestions.

A few days ago Muxtape.com crashed and lost few songs. It also has text encoding problems here and there.

Just this morning I was thinking it would be cool if we could search muxtapes for artists and songs.

Why? First it was some Internet Radio stations that did this, now I learn about Hulu and I think this is pretty cool especially because we don’t get most of the shows here in India, and even if we do get them we’re usually a season or two behind.
Who am I kidding? Even if it were available it would be unwatchable because it would be buffering after every 3 seconds of play. The unlimited data transfer plans here suck. Solution? I think TV Torrents atleast should atleast be legal for users in countries where the shows don’t even air.

See all your Flickr! photos AFTER your pro account expires

My Flickr! Pro Account expired last year, I think. I haven’t renewed it since, well I’ve been meaning to but I don’t have a credit card or a paypal account so it’s a lot of work convincing somebody else to use their card.

Anyways, the simple trick I use tag all my pictures with a special tag that is unique and hopefull nobody else uses. The one I use is pretty simple and obvious, it is ‘angadwashere’. Nobody else uses this, until now atleast.

My Flickr! Photostream only displays my latest 200 pictures, but I could search for the tag and it shows me 1,198 pictures! That’s all of my pictures ever since I was smart enough to start using the tag.

Hope this helps someone somewhere!

They say your monitor cracks when you tile this on your desktop. (You know you want to.)
Which sucks if you got a mac cuz it won’t even animate…

You could however set this as the background for a webpage, that will work on anything. :)

Xoopit : Xobni for your Gmail

soupsoup:

I’ve been able to transform my company with Xobni, I got everyone using it, since we’re all Outlook users here. It makes our jobs so much easier. Its basically your Inbox assistant, keeps track of the people you email, the documents you share, the conversations you have.

Now theres a Xobni for your Gmail, and its called Xoopit. I hardly use Gmail in my browser, but if you do, you will find this extremely useful.

Xoopit looks incredible, something I’ve always wanted. Tags and labels in Gmail help, but there’s only so much you can do with them.

Anybody have an invite? :)
